We The Curious
We The Curious is a fabulous science museum, with no “don’t touch” signs and plenty of hands on experience! Perfect for rainy days! The interactive displays and the dedicated under-5s space are perfect for little ones and means they can explore safely! Another easy child friendly cafe and easy change spaces…an easy place to spend the day!
M-Shed
If you need to get out of the house but don’t have all day M-Shed really is an easy place to spend a couple of hours. There’s a double decker bus, lot to see, a quiet corner with some toys, plus a child friendly cafe for that all important coffee. You can even look out onto the water and, if there’s a break in the clouds, walk along to see the boats!
Bristol Aquarium
Again, probably not an all day event, but, Bristol Aquarium with children under three being able to enter for free, it’s a fun couple of hours. There are easy paths to toddle on (or push a pushchair), colourful fish, rays, and even sharks. There’s even an interactive rock pool section and child friendly cafe!
Puxton Park
There’s so much to do at Puxton Park, both in the dry and on rainy days! I’m afraid it does involve soft play but there’s also under cover small animal barn and plenty to do outside for those rare breaks in the cloud! A very child friendly cafe and plenty of change places make this an easy rainy day activity!
Freedog
A trampoline park may strike fear into parents hearts but the toddler sessions and soft play at Freedog are lots of fun…for everyone!
Your little one can bounce across the huge trampoline court and jump into the foam pits without worrying about older children!
With a child friendly cafe and an entertaining view whilst eating this is a great place to spend a few hours
