We created the antenatal package to educate parents about newborn sleep early, so that they don’t need us to solve developed sleep issues later.
It isn’t intended to help newborns sleep through the night – many won’t be ready to do this until they are much older than 12 weeks and have progressed developmentally. What it will do is give you the tools to guide your newborn towards healthy sleep habits from a young age.

Sleep is a crucial factor in your child’s development and feeding is no less important. Teaching your newborn good feeding habits in their first 12 weeks, along with the right sleep habits, can help your little one to grow up healthy and happy.
If you choose our sleep and feeding package, you’ll receive the 60-90 minute antenatal package detailed above, through which we will teach you how to guide your little one towards independent sleep skills.
You’ll also receive a 60-90 minute meeting with lactation consultant Liz Brierley from Mummy Matters, along with two follow up calls, to help you and your little one establish good feeding habits. This meeting takes place either before your baby is born or in the 6 weeks after birth.
The total cost for the sleep and feeding package is £165.
